Manta EFP140™ Photoimageable Flexible Coverlay

Manta™ EFP140 is a liquid photoimageable coverlay, which has been formulated for use in the manufacture of flexible and flex-rigid printed circuit boards and BGA packages using polyimide substrates. It is a contact exposure, aqueous developing system using two-component epoxy technology to give high levels of chemical resistance combined with an exceptional degree of flexibility

• Resistance to ENIG
• Passes 3 x 10s at 260°C solder test
