Ronascreen SPSR™ 5900 LPI Soldermask
SPSR 5900 is a negative-working, aqueous developing photoimageable soldermask for the production of high density, rigid printed circuit boards.
SPSR 5900 is widely used in Europe, USA as well as Asia and carries large OEM acceptance and approval.
- Suitable for horizontal and vertical screen printing or curtain coating
- Excellent track-coverage without skipping or micro-bubbles
- Epoxy chemistry giving excellent chemical, electrical and mechanical properties
- Excellent process latitude and fast tack-dry speed allowing high throughput
- 50μm (2 mil) resolution capability coupled with clean developing of small via-holes
- Excellent resistance to ENIG and immersion Sn chemistries
- Halogen-free version available
- All versions are RoHS compliant, SM840 qualified and UL-94V-0 rated
Available in green with either a gloss or matt finish.
